TUFFY WHEELS with two styles, TUFFY and SUPER TUFFY and three sizes, 8", 9", and 10" of each, this book lends itself to doll carts and wagons for the little ones. There are 170 pictures showing how to make the jigs, cut the pieces of the wheel and then assemble the parts together. This eliminates almost any guess work in the wheel construction.
